Getting Started With A Coach

We start with a special meeting or telephone session to get to know each other. I want to hear all about your goals, needs and problems. During this meeting, we’ll design a list of goals and a game plan to reach these goals. Prior to this meeting, you will receive a welcome package with checklists and assessment materials so we can make the most out of this session. Thereafter, you will bring an agenda of items to the call, and I will help you to solve problems and make the most of opportunities. I will be giving you “homework” and additional assessments along the way . I work to bring out your best by offering advice, expecting a lot, helping you strategize and celebrating your wins. Most importantly, I help you to create space in your life for you - to examine your values and get rid of tolerations which drain your energy and stand in the way of getting you what you want out of life.
